I'll tell you the honest truth. I have gotten so much joy out of this series of jumping pics. We had so much fun doing this and I love the different expressionson their face., I had real trouble keeping my feet on the ground while watching them leep in the air.

Earlier in the day this Mom calledto see what we were gonna do for the session since the weather was unfavorable? My reply was bundle up, grit your teeth and as we say in the south, "Get ur done". Turns out that was great advice, just look at the results.

I had so much fun shooting this family over the weekend. Even though it was extremely cold and windy they were happy and easygoing.

This cute couple will be heading down the aisle very soon. Congratulaions you two.

Trying to get a three year old to look at the camera isn't all that easy. I saw him slip a few rocks into his pocket between shots so in order to get his attention I mentioned them.  As you can see he is just about to show NaNa his collection and voila, looks right at the camera!

This one needs a frame!

I had fun taking these whimsical shots of my brother and his family. I am looking forward to using this frame more and pushing my creativity.

The Story of Life

I love these type images, because I feel they capture the essence of parenthood. Standing together, serving and protecting the children who've blessed our lives . When it seems as though time is standing still and phases like the terrible twos or little league ball might never end, the truth is time is moving too quickly. When our children grow up and make a life of their own we will say the time went so quickly, like a blur.

Meet Charlie, my nephew . Isn't he adorable and charming with his curls and wide grin? He is a pro in front of the camera and quite busy at age three, so I was thrilled to get this shot of him.

The rest of the story goes.... brother has a cut under one eye and the other eye is black from a school accident. Baby sis is sick and has a fever later that night even though she looks perfectly happy here. I adore her little crinkled toes in this one.
